OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this Crossroads program is to provide delegates with an insight from key opinion leaders into the complexity of minimally invasive procedures in cardiothoracic surgery.

* Review of the complexities of 3D endoscopic mitral and tricuspid surgery 
* Discuss how to optimise graft selection in coronary surgery
* Review of the international experience with selected mitral and aortic valve treatments
* Examine the right anterior mini-thoracotomy and upper J-shaped sternotomy techniques used to replace right aortic valves 
* Investigate the growing role of endovascular vein harvesting in cardiac surgery
